Ode to me and healthy habits


I would like to lay it down here and now, that I am not the healthiest person- I have ALOT to work on. This is precisely why I have decided to start this blog. I want to learn more about how to be healthier and improve my body, not just today but for life. Join me as I seek new health information, find recipes, and try new forms of exercise!
