How to Get Rid of Back Knots

Here are three ways to get rid of painful back knots:

1)  Stretch- Every morning when you wake up you should stretch to warm up your body for the day. 

2) Exercise- Keep your back and body strong by exercising regularly. This will take some stress of your back muscles.

3) Water- Getting enough water helps to clean out toxins from your body. Get at least eight cups a day.


The goal of this post is to make you want to get a big tall glass of water. Here are some suggestions to make it more alluring-

-add squeezed lemon for a little zest
-always carry a water bottle with you in your bag or purse
-keep a cold pitcher in the fridge
-eat ice cubes
-go for a run
-get in the habit of drinking a glass when you go to bed and when you get up! a glass of water sounds so good....
