How to Get Rid of Back Knots

Here are three ways to get rid of painful back knots:

1)  Stretch- Every morning when you wake up you should stretch to warm up your body for the day. 

2) Exercise- Keep your back and body strong by exercising regularly. This will take some stress of your back muscles.

3) Water- Getting enough water helps to clean out toxins from your body. Get at least eight cups a day.
