Oatmeal

Oatmeal is one of my favorite foods. 
I prefer to make my oatmeal using milk (it makes it creamier) 
When in a rush, I cook it for 1 minute in the microwave. 
If you are making it for a few people use the 2-4 rule.
 meaning; 2 cups of heaping oatmeal to 4 cups of water.
Boil water and add the oatmeal. Turn off heat and cover. Let it sit for 15 minutes.

Here are some tips to dress it UP:

1- Add fruit- raspberries, peaches, pears, strawberries, bananas, black berries.

2- Add yogurt or soy milk. 

3- Add honey, brown sugar, or cinnamon.
